General Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>This Return &amp; Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/branded-mugs.com\/de\/\">www.branded-mugs.com<\/a><\/strong> and must be read in conjunction with our <strong>Allgemeine Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Website specializes in the sale of <strong>customized products<\/strong>, manufactured exclusively upon firm order, based on the Client\u2019s specifications.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. No Right of Withdrawal for Customized Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>In accordance with <strong>Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights<\/strong>, <strong>Article 16(c)<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to products that are <strong>made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>All products sold on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/branded-mugs.com\/de\/\">www.branded-mugs.com<\/a><\/strong> are customized using graphic and\/or textual content provided by the Client. As such, these products are <strong>non-standard, irreversible, and cannot be resold to another customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>For this reason, <strong>customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong>, once production has started.<\/p>\n\n<p>By placing an order, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the products are customized according to the Client\u2019s specifications;<\/li>\n\n<li>the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply;<\/li>\n\n<li>the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after confirmation and production commencement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exceptions \u2013 Defective or Non-Conforming Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does <strong>not affect<\/strong> the Client\u2019s statutory rights in the event that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the delivered product is defective;<\/li>\n\n<li>the product does not correspond to the confirmed order;<\/li>\n\n<li>an error occurred that is attributable to the Service Provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In such cases, the Client must notify the Service Provider <strong>in writing<\/strong>, at <strong><a>contact@branded-mugs.com<\/a><\/strong>, within a reasonable time after receiving the order, providing a clear description of the issue and relevant supporting evidence (e.g. photographs).<\/p>\n\n<p>If the claim is validated, the Service Provider may, at its discretion:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>remake the product, or<\/li>\n\n<li>issue a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Non-Returnable Situations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Refunds or remakes will <strong>not<\/strong> be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>errors in text or graphics provided by the Client;<\/li>\n\n<li>spelling, layout, or content mistakes approved in the print-ready artwork;<\/li>\n\n<li>minor color variations resulting from the printing process;<\/li>\n\n<li>dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences;<\/li>\n\n<li>changes of mind after order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> used for the original transaction, within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
